Seenly

MaroMedia had a Google Business Profile service that worked beautifully, and didn't scale. Every new client meant new hours. We built them Seenly: a Laravel SaaS with operations portal, client portal and reliable publishing engine, so one team can now serve dozens of clients.

About this project

There's a moment in every service business where the math stops working. The service is good, demand is growing, but every new client adds the same amount of work as the last one. You can hire, but hiring is slow, expensive, and dilutes the quality that got you here. The alternative is to make the service itself more efficient. That usually means software.

MaroMedia hit that moment with their Google Business Profile management work. Local businesses needed weekly posts, weekly photos, review responses, and ongoing optimisation. The service worked. Clients loved it. But running it manually meant the agency could only take on so many accounts before the team broke. We built them Seenly: the platform that turned a hands-on service into a scalable product.

If your service business is hitting the same ceiling, the rest of this page is about how it can work.

Who is Seenly?

Seenly is a SaaS product from MaroMedia, a Belgian marketing agency. It automates the operational side of managing Google Business Profiles: weekly posts, photo uploads, review responses, and a structured initial optimisation. Local businesses subscribe to it, and get a profile that actually works as a marketing channel, without anyone on their side having to think about it.

What MaroMedia sells is the strategy and the service. What we built is the engine.

The challenge: turning hours into software

MaroMedia could deliver this service manually. The hard part was making it scale.

Three problems had to be solved together. The team needed to run dozens of client profiles efficiently, preparing content, scheduling it, tracking what's pending, what's approved, what's live, without spreadsheets buckling under the weight. Clients needed visibility, a portal where they could see their content, optionally approve it before publishing, and watch their profile activity grow. And the publishing itself had to be reliable, every subscriber gets two posts and one photo every week, every week, no exceptions. Skip a week and the subscription value falls apart.

What we've built

We built Seenly as a Laravel SaaS platform with three layers.

The operations portal is where MaroMedia's content team lives. Posts get prepared, photos get scheduled, client subscriptions get managed, the publishing pipeline gets overseen. Fast filters, bulk actions, clear status indicators, built for someone handling dozens of accounts in a day.

The client portal at portaal.seenly.be is where subscribers log in. They see the upcoming week's content, optionally review and approve it before it goes live (or set their account to auto-approve), and watch their profile activity grow over time. Reviews flow in as they come, with draft responses ready to send.

The publishing engine is the part nobody sees but everyone relies on. It schedules content, pushes posts and photos to the right Google Business Profiles at the right moments via Google's current Business Profile APIs, and handles all the edge cases, rate limits, transient failures, retries, audit logging. When a post fails, the team knows immediately. When client approval doesn't come in on time, the platform has a fallback rule and publishes anyway, so the weekly cadence never slips.

The result: a service that scales without breaking

Seenly went live in early 2026. MaroMedia's team can now serve dozens of clients with roughly the same effort it used to take to serve a handful. Local businesses get a marketing service that didn't really exist at this price point. And the platform keeps evolving.

Thinking about something similar?

If admin around your product has started to cap how fast you can grow, the conversation is usually shorter than people expect. We'll tell you on the first call whether it's something we should build, something you can buy off the shelf, or something that doesn't need software at all.
