For EV-Point, a specialist in charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, Vulpo developed the Counter Platform, a powerful system that automates and streamlines the financial processing of charging and consumption data.
The Counter Platform tracks electricity usage from EV charging points, handles invoicing to employers, and supports the reimbursement of costs to employees, without any loss of VAT.
We built a solution that automatically generates monthly invoices and statements, processes them, and handles payments without manual intervention. To support this, we integrated automated direct debit flows via Twikey, enabling mandate management and automatic payment collection. Once a payment is received, it is automatically registered and synchronized with the platform’s further processing.
In addition to collections, the platform also supports automated payouts to individuals, with Twikey-generated payment files that can be easily uploaded to the bank.
We also developed an integration with Exact Online, ensuring that financial data such as invoices, statements, and payments are automatically booked in the accounting system without manual input. This results in greater accuracy, clearer insights, and significant time savings for the EV-Point team.
The result is a stable and scalable platform that fully automates financial workflows, from invoicing and collections to payouts and accounting.
