At Vulpo, we developed a central platform for Ford Performance Club to manage members and memberships. The club brings Ford enthusiasts together and needed a digital solution that offers both members and administrators a clear overview and smooth operation.
For members, the platform acts as their personal environment within the club. They can manage their cars, track their membership and discover exclusive benefits from partners. This creates a single central location where everything related to membership comes together.
However, the core of this project was to simplify back-office management. Administrators have access to a comprehensive management environment where members, subscriptions, vehicles and partners can be managed in a clear manner. This gives the organisation a clear and up-to-date picture of who is a member and which subscriptions are active.
The platform supports both automatic renewals and annual membership renewals, including the associated automatic emails. The entire payment flow was integrated via Mollie.
Within this project, we mainly took on software development: from the functional design to the technical implementation of membership logic, payments and management flows. The result is a stable and scalable platform that simplifies the daily operations of Ford Performance Club while offering added value to its members.
