Invoices leave as structured Peppol documents, the format Belgian B2B invoicing has required since January 2026. Your client's software reads them straight in.

Reminders go out on a schedule you set, so an invoice from six weeks ago doesn't quietly sit there unpaid.

Peppol and Belgian e-invoicing

Since January 2026, B2B invoices in Belgium have to be structured documents rather than a PDF in an email. Factaro sends over the Peppol network by default, so your invoice lands in your client's accounting software in a form it can read. Nothing to install, no portal to log into.

After sending, the follow-up runs itself. Reminders go out on the schedule you set, and one screen tells you what's paid, what's overdue and what you've billed this quarter. Your accountant gets the export.
